Biography
Born on August 17th 1969 in Hanoï, this Vietnamese composer of talent studies the literature in 1986, then the history in the Sorbonne Paris in 1991. He learns the Vietnamese music with the Master of ca tru (Ngo Linh Ngoc, Quach thi Ho, Fallen Van Of) and old percussions with Master De Hat Cheo Do Tung. Music composed : 1993 : « Tieng hat ca tru noi noi niem thuong » (ca trù singing recorded and broadcasted by the radio of Vietnam) 2000 : « Gia nhan nan tai dac » (ca trù singing recorded and broadcasted by the radio of Vietnam) 2014 : bamboo and silk (anine music concert in Vietnam Guimet at Guimet museum in Paris) 2015 : Dam Quang Minh founds a band of Tonkin ancient music (DONG KINH CO NHAC) 2015 : He directs the show : history of music in the old district (Chuyen nhac pho co) which is monthly programed at the center of cultural exchanges du of Hanoï old quarter.
